Our Journey From Green Spot Garden Center
Not many people remember the Green Spot Garden Center on Bell Road in the ‘70s and ‘80s, but that’s where our story began. While we initially focused on growing trees and shrubs, our passion for desert landscaping led to the creation of Old West Cactus Farm over 25 years ago. Since then, we’ve specialized in cacti and succulents worldwide, offering a diverse selection that thrives in Arizona’s unique climate.
As we continue to grow, exciting changes are happening at Old West Cactus Farm! Through the rest of 2025, we’re enhancing our space, including transitioning our sales and retail area to the front of the property for a more convenient shopping experience.
With over 48 years of experience growing plants in Arizona, we’re proud to welcome the third generation of our family into the business, ensuring that our legacy continues.
